Process discovery for customer update optimization with Bancolombia Subsidiaries in Panama, in order to reduce service times and minimize the chances of error.
Challenge
There was a need to implement a consistent assessment process to diagnose current states, identify opportunities, and map tailored digital journeys that align with business goals in the updating customer data process.
Solution
We implemented a Business Discovery process leveraging Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies to deeply understand each customer's context and co-create high-impact, digital-native solutions. This approach enabled the diagnosis of key pain points and opportunities, leading to the design of innovative business models. As part of the process, we assessed critical company processes or initiatives and developed customer journey maps to guide and accelerate their digital transformation.
